How it works, privately

How it works, privately

  1. Choose your photo. You can also drop files on the page. They open in this browser tab; nothing is sent anywhere.
  2. Click anywhere on the picture to pick its colour.
  3. Save the result to your device. Close the tab and nothing is left on any server, because nothing was ever sent.

Questions

Is it free?
Yes. Colour picker & palette is free to use, with no account, no sign-up and no daily limit.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Colour picker & palette runs inside your browser, on your own device. Your files are never sent to a server, so nobody else can see them.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It works in an up-to-date browser on phones, tablets and computers. Very big files are quicker on a computer.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Open the page and use it. You can also add Toolbox to your home screen like an app.
